How often should I use infrared therapy? For optimal benefits, we recommend 2-4 sessions per week, but frequency can vary based on your wellness needs. Our Infrared Flow & Infrared Cocoon packages offer a great way to commit to regular sessions.

A full infrared sauna heats the entire space, creating a traditional sauna experience.

What should I wear for my session? We recommend wearing light, breathable, loose fitting clothing or bathing suits to maximize skin exposure to infrared heat. You'll continue to sweat after your session. Towels are provided for comfort.

How long are the sessions? Infrared sauna and infrared blanket sessions typically last 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your comfort level and wellness goals.

What does salt therapy do? Salt therapy (halotherapy) helps clear the respiratory system, reduce inflammation, improve skin health, and boost relaxation by dispersing pharmaceutical-grade salt microparticles into the air. It’s particularly beneficial for those with allergies, asthma, or skin conditions.

Booking & Studio Policies

Do I need to book in advance? Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. You can book online through our website or contact us directly.

What is your cancellation policy? We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Can I share a session with a friend? Absolutely! Our Wellness Besties package allows you to book two infrared domes at the same time for a shared wellness experience.

Should I eat or drink before my session? We recommend staying hydrated before and after your session. A light snack is fine, but avoid heavy meals before infrared therapy.

Will I sweat during an infrared session? Yes! Infrared heat promotes deep sweating, helping to detoxify your body. Unlike traditional saunas, the heat is more gentle and comfortable, allowing for a longer, more relaxing session.

Should I shower after my session? It’s not necessary, we actually do NOT recommend showering immediately after your session, as you will continue to sweat out toxins and burn calories while you cool down. Once fully cooled down (approximately 30 minutes) after your session, feel free to shower.

Safety & Suitability

Is infrared therapy safe for everyone? Infrared therapy is safe and non-invasive. However, if you have certain medical conditions such as: - Pregnancy - Heart conditions - Sensitivity to heat - History of dizziness/fainting spells We recommend consulting your doctor before booking.

Can I use infrared therapy if I’m pregnant? Infrared sauna use is not recommended during pregnancy. Please check with your doctor before booking any treatments.

Is there an age limit for infrared therapy? Infrared therapy is generally safe, but clients under 18 years old must have parental consent or supervision.

Is Red Light Therapy (RLT) safe for everyone? Red light therapy directed at the face will require eye protection. Those with Photosensitivity, topical steroids, injections, Lasik eye surgery and or Pregnant or Breast Feeding should not use RLT without consulting a physician.
