1. Sponsor
The giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Paanee Wellness, LLC (“Sponsor”), located in Rhode Island.

2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Rhode Island who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on March 28, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST and ends on April 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Multiple entries are allowed by tagging more friends, but only one entry per person will be counted toward the prize draw. Automated entries or use of multiple accounts will result in disqualification.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive one (1) Infrared Sauna Dome session, with an approximate retail value of $55.00 US Dollars. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or about April 3, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be announced via @paaneewellness Instagram Stories and contacted via Instagram DM.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for messages that are lost, filtered, or not received due to privacy settings.

7. Publicity Release
By entering, each participant grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, Instagram handle, and entry (including reposted content) for promotional purposes in perpetuity, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, approval, or compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability & Release
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram, their affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Giveaway or use/misuse of the prize.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

10. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island.
