Cancellation Policy

At Paanee Wellness, our Infrared Sauna Dome is designed to provide a relaxing and effective wellness experience. To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all clients, we have outlined the following policy for use. 1. Eligibility & Health Considerations Sessions are available by appointment only. Clients must be 18 years or older. Minors (under 18) require parental consent and supervision. Individuals with medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or sensitivity to heat should consult their physician before using the infrared sauna dome. Clients experiencing fever, infection, or illness should refrain from using the sauna dome until fully recovered. 2. Booking & Cancellation Policy Appointments can be scheduled online or in person and are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50.00 charge. 3. Session Guidelines Clients must arrive 5-10 minutes before their session for check-in and preparation. Hydration is essential—drink plenty of water before and after your session. Clients should wear light, breathable clothing or follow our recommended attire guidelines. Avoid applying lotions, oils, or heavy skincare products before your session. 4. Code of Conduct Respect the privacy and relaxation of other clients. No disruptive behavior, loud music, or cell phone use inside the wellness space. Clients must follow staff instructions for a safe and effective experience. 5. Liability Waiver By booking an infrared sauna dome session, clients acknowledge that: They have read and understood the health considerations and voluntarily assume any associated risks. Paanee Wellness and its staff are not liable for any adverse reactions or medical issues arising from the use of the infrared sauna dome. They have disclosed any relevant medical conditions before their session. 6. Refund & Rescheduling Policy No refunds are issued for completed sessions. If a session is canceled with proper notice (24 hours in advance), it may be rescheduled at no additional cost. 7. Membership & Package Policy All memberships or session packages must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking a session, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Paanee Wellness reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
